Shipping & Returns
At NatureWorks, we are committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
DELIVERY AREAS
We are currently delivering across Dubai.
DELIVERY FEE
Delivery across Dubai will be charged at 15 AED for orders under 200AED.
Additional charges may apply for special requests. Should any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched. For further details, please contact us.
DELIVERY TIME
We try our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible and will ensure that it is delivered within a maximum of 3 working days.
Remote deliveries (deliveries outside the city limits) will be done within 5 working days.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the time of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
To return your items please email sales@natureworks.shop with your order number and a list of the items.
You cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution you initially used.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Opened or used sticks
- Opened or used softener / glass cleaner concentrate
- Used containers
- Products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact
